Clark Zhou
Mr. Clark Zhou graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1991 with a degree in Maritime Law. Prior to his entry into legal service industry, Clark had been working in Maersk Line for more than 10 years as Senior Manager, responsible for contract, claims and litigation management in Greater China area. He has handled a significant number of maritime and commercial disputes for international P&I Clubs, insurance companies and shipowners in recent years. Clark’s specialty covers contentious and non-contentious works involving bills of lading, charter parties, admiralty crisis management, maritime fraud, insurance, and international trade. Clark is one of the founding partners of AM Ocean & Co. and is based in Tianjin.

Xu Xianglong
Capt. Xu Xianglong spent 14 years with COSCO serving on ships ranging in size from 20,000 to 170,000 DWT, during which he served as a master mariner for 3 years. Then, Capt. Xu worked as the office manager & marine surveyor in Intertek Caleb Brett Qingdao Office for 7 years. He was also qualified to practice in 1993, and since then, licensed as a part time lawyer in a local law office at Qingdao. Being a lawyer, master mariner and surveyor, Capt. Xu is particularly competitive in offering solution to admiralty disputes and has considerable expertise in both technical and legal issues.

Zhang Yutian
Mr. Zhang Yutian graduated from Peking University with LLB, and was qualified in 2001. Before joining AM Ocean & Co, Mr. Zhang had been working in Qingdao Maritime Court as a judge for about 9 years, and handled hundreds of admiralty and maritime cases. He was honoured Qingdao Top Ten Best Judges in 2007. He specializes in dealing with all kinds of litigation matters.

Yu Changqing

Wu Qitong (Consultant)

Mr. Wu Qitong was graduated from Dalian Maritime University with the degree of Bachelor of Science and LLM (International Law). He worked in MSA Shandong for 14 years in charge of the investigation and handling of marine accident, and worked in the Qingdao Maritime Court for 2 years as Director of Research Department. He became to practice law and study the maritime accident technical analysis since 1998. His developed software MEC-QT has passed the evaluation and review by the competent Science & Technology Department, and is a world leading software in this field.
