Mr. Clark Zhou graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1991 with a degree in Maritime Law. Xu Xianglong
Capt. Xu Xianglong spent 14 years with COSCO serving on ships ranging in size from 20,000 to 170,000 DWT, during which he served as a master mariner for 3 years. Then, Capt. Xu worked as the office manager & marine surveyor in Intertek Caleb Brett Qingdao Office for 7 years. Mr. Wu Qitong was graduated from Dalian Maritime University with the degree of Bachelor of Science and LLM (International Law). He worked in MSA Shandong for 14 years in charge of the investigation and handling of marine accident, and worked in the Qingdao Maritime Court for 2 years as Director of Research Department. He became to practice law and study the maritime accident technical analysis since 1998. His developed software MEC-QT has passed the evaluation and review by the competent Science & Technology Department, and is a world leading software in this field.
